Q: Where is John Farley Clothiers located?
A: We are conveniently located in Historic Downtown Newburyport, Massachusetts. From I-95 take Exit 57 (Rt 113, West Newbury, Newburyport). Head East on Rt 113 toward downtown. Take a left onto Green Street (follow sign for Historic Downtown). At the bottom of hill take a right onto Water Street (Merrimack River will be on your left). Drive past State Street (island in middle of intersection). Continue straight for about 100 yards. Our building is located on your left. Customer parking is in rear of building. |

Q: What are the store hours?
A: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, 10am-6pm, Thursday, 10am-8pm, Saturday, 10am-5pm, and Sunday, 1-5pm.
Sizes:
Q: If you do not have an item in my size, can it be ordered?
A: Yes. We can special order a stock item from a majority of our vendors, and will let you know if it is available.
Q: Do you have merchandise in tall sizes?
A: With regard to suits and sport costs, regularly stocked items do come in long and extra long length.
Alterations:
Q: What is the turnaround time for alterations?
A: Based on the nature of the alteration, and the workload in the tailoring queue, turnaround time for merchandise purchased at our store is usually seven to ten days. In the event of a rush, our tailor will work with you to accommodate your need.
Tuxedo sales and rental:
Q: What is the price range for tuxedo rentels?
A: Price ranges are between $85 through $145.
Q: How far in advance should I be measured for a tuxedo rental?
A: A few weeks before the event is preferred. Rush orders can be filled within the same week for a nominal charge.
Q: Do I need an appointment to get measured for a tuxedo rental?
A: No. Our experienced staff will help you select appropriate styles and measure for the best fit.
Q: Do you have tuxedos for sale?
A: Yes. Tuxedos are for sale by excellent offerings from Joseph Abboud, Hart Schaffner Marx, Ralph Lauren, S. Cohen, Jack Victor, and Luigi Bianchi Mantova.
Customized clothing programs:
Q: Do you offer custom shirts?
A: We take pride in our custom shirt program. Select from a wide variety of dress and detailed sport shirt fabrics from Individualized Shirts and The Fall River Shirt Company.
Q: Can I order a custom suit or sport coat?
A: Yes. Choose from many fabrics, styles and models from Hart Schaffner Marx, Jack Victor, S. Cohen, and Joseph Abboud.
